Shipping Policy
A legal disclaimer
Every day, free ground shipping is provided by USPS or UPS and occasionally, Fed Ex. Shipping is prepaid for all orders in the continuous United States. Rush orders - 1 or 2 day, All International orders, orders to AK or HI or outside of the continuous 48 states required extra handling and therefore, surcharges are to be paid by the customer.

Please allow 3 days for kit preparation.

​In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, please contact the carrier. Any package over $100 will be insured by us.

Shipment and Delivery Dates:
As we often need to build and then pack orders, you can expect a slight delay in acknowledgement of ship date.
If a product is out of stock, it is because we are waiting for materials. Often the wait will be less than five days. You will be advised if this is the case with your order and offered a replacement.

Special Christmas Notice : Please order no later than Dec 15th for Christmas arrival. If you live in Forsyth, Davie, North Davidson, Guildford or Yadkin County you may pick up your order. We'll make arrangements for a date and time.

We are happy to ship partial orders in the meantime, if something is out of stock.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if there is an unforeseen material shortage, act of god, at of 'congress' which prevents us from obtaining those materials, we can not be held liable for any cancellation charges for a pre-planned event you are hosting.
We will do our best to complete your order with another Art Kit.
We will not guarantee any delivery for any reason other than Fed Ex pre-paid by the customer.
